"sv": "<p>”The Beautiful One has come”, sade man en gång.</p>\n<p>Och Thutmose förevigade hennes ansikte i sten.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Regenterna kom och gick och deras namn föll i glömska.</p>\n<p>Det växlade mellan krigstid och fredstid.</p>\n<p>Men ”The Beautiful One has come”, Nefertiti, bestod.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Min utställning består av akvareller där Nefertiti är en metafor för saker som undviker att falla i glömska, och vars förmåga att beröra fortsätter att ingjuta hopp i mänskligheten. Min egen blick har rört sig från Nefertiti via antiken till den italienska renässansen och den moriska tidens trädgårdsarkitektur i Spanien.</p>\n",
"en": "<p>It was once said, “The Beautiful One has come.”</p>\n<p>And Thutmose created a timeless sculpture of her.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Rulers came and went, their names faded into oblivion.</p>\n<p>There were times of peace and war.</p>\n<p>But “The Beautiful One has come,” Nefertiti, remained.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>In my exhibition featuring watercolors, Nefertiti symbolizes things that defy oblivion and still give hope to humanity through their ability to touch us. My focus has moved from Nefertiti through antiquity to the Italian Renaissance and Spain’s Moorish garden architecture.</p>\n"
