I sitt arbete som kognitiv psykoterapeut kommer Maria Sundgren-Lillqvist i kontakt med ungdomar och vuxna som kämpar med sitt psykiska mående. Glädjande nog kan de allra flesta börja må bättre. Kan vi alltid påverka vårt mående och vad kan vi göra för att befrämja vårt välmående?\n\nMaria Sundgren-Lillqvist är utbildad kognitiv psykoterapeut och sjukskötare, även utbildad inom klinisk hypnos och neurofeedback. Hon säger att en av de bästa utbildningarna har hon fått av sina patienter genom att de kan och vill dela med sig av sina erfarenheter och det gemensamma arbete de gör tillsammans för att uppnå ett större välbefinnande."
