Stress leder till att nervcellerna i hjärnan förtvinar i en rasande fart, vilket i praktiken innebär att vi kan stressa oss sjuka om vi ligger på höga stressnivåer en längre tid. Föreläsningen behandlar stresshantering, vad stress egentligen är, mental träning, hur stressen påverkar oss och vad vi kan göra för att må bra och få mer energi.\n\nPernilla Nylund har studerat kultur och kommunikation och jobbat med kommunikation i många år, som journalist, projektarbetare, informatör, och nu - som mental tränare."

The yearly Octoberfest at Bock’s brewery gathers families and friends for a proper celebration on October 21st and 22nd! In honor of the event we’ve brewed a special batch of Oktoberfest beer and the most well-dressed will be awarded a surprise on both nights!\n\nThe fest begins on Friday 21st with Oktoberfest lunch during 11-14 and continues into the night with live music and Oktoberfest drinks and food. Saturday 22nd kicks off at 12 when the yard is filled with activities for the younger family members. At 16 we continue where we left off the night before with more music and festivities.\n\nIf you wish to guarantee seats for yourself and your companions you may reserve space at our long tables in advance and don’t forget that we organize free bus transport to the city center in the wee hours. The most adventurous festival-goers may additionally take advantage of the happy hour offer both nights.
